Hiring people who have a disability is smart business.  Many employers have reaped the benefits of tapping into this labour pool.  There are people and resources available to support employers to successfully hire people who have a disability.

Community Employment Agencies

There is lots of help for employers who would like to consider hiring people who have a disability, often at no cost. There are employment service agencies that offer supported employment programs. These services specialize in matching candidates who have a disability to the available job opportunity and in providing training and follow up supports to both the new employee and the employer.
